You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. luckin33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the luckin33 platform. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the luckin33 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts or dishonest methods.

Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the luckin33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers through major financial institutions in Malaysia.
Deposits will be credited to your luckin33 account once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and are generally completed within a short timeframe.
For withdrawals, users must ensure that the registered bank account name matches the name on their luckin33 account. Withdrawals that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or rejected for security reasons.
Luckin33 reserves the right to suspend or void any transaction suspected of violating platform policies or involving fraudulent activity. Any fees charged by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Luckin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes technical disruptions, server failures, or data processing delays beyond our reasonable control.
Luckin33's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days prior to the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the luckin33 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of luckin33 or its licensors. Any reproduction, redistribution, or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Users are not granted any ownership rights over platform content. Limited use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Account Suspension & Closure
Luckin33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, promotion abuse, or upon request by legal authorities. In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the luckin33 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the final review is complete.

These links are provided for convenience only, and luckin33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. Should negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
